On October 22, 2020, First Service Holdings officially landed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 2107.HK.
In 2022, the first service adheres to the principle of deep storage and stable operation, and through organizational transformation and quality improvement, achieved a total revenue of RMB 1122.3 million, including RMB 766.8 million in property management service revenue, a year-on-year increase of 25.5%. The profit during the period was RMB 50.5 million, an increase of approximately 50.4% year-on-year. As of December 31, 2022, the total construction area of the first service under management is about 51.4 million square meters, and the total contracted construction area is about 71.0 million square meters, covering 105 cities in 25 provincial administrative regions in China.
